Enforced Digital Vouchers (DK)

Dynamics 365 Business Central provides features that allow you to enforce collecting sourced documents (digital vouchers) related to the specific transactions and this app work on a top of previously installed Enforced Digital Vouchers App. As of July 1, 2024, this feature will be enabled by default in Denmark. You will then be restricted from doing additional configuration for purchase and sales documents. This restriction will apply because the new Danish bookkeeping act mandates specific setups, where you must attach minimum vouchers for purchase and sales documents.

• Setting up in addition for journals for enforcement
• Setting up specific source codes related to chosen journals for enforcement
• Automatic creating of digital vouchers for some document or journal types
  
• Review of digital transaction from the posted document but also from any related GL entry in the Incoming Document Files FactBox
• Protecting deleting already attached digital voucher to posted transactions.
